My game glitched causing me to lose a round I had just won
I was playing the level for a few days and I decided to spend the 1.99 at the end to purchase more moves and win the level. As I won the leftover moves started converting to points as it does and before it finished the game just jumped off and landed on my home screen (something it has never done before)! When I got back into the game it is showing like that level hasn't been won! I'm trying to see if I can get my level or my money back. I'm a loyal player for many years.

In this case you should ask Player Support (customer service) if it's possible to get a refund/replacement of item lost due to glitch. This community forum is not able to handle refunds nor purchases issues due to the fact they contain sensitive infos of the players, I'm sorry
