Lost progress on Candy Crush Soda

Hi, after having trouble connecting, I notice that I have lost my progress - I was on 2532 and have now gone back to the beginning!!!

help!

Oh, no. I'm sorry to hear about this.

Do you have a King/Facebook account to save your progress? If so, your progress can be restored 😀

If you can't retrieve your progress then please contact Player Support (customer service) and ask them to manually put you at the desired current level:

• 📱Contact Player Support from mobile device: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Selects topics: "problem with my game" and "game didn't save". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.

I have been having issues for a week. I have trouble logging in and when I do get in I am taken back to level 1 (I’m currently on level 4732). When I finally get in to the correct level I find that I’ve lost all my boosters and any accumulated hours. It’s very frustrating
