Loss of all Boosters after changing phone

Please, i'm a loyal customer, however on changing phone (due to dropping it) ive uploaded Candy Crush Soda Saga on the new phone to find that whilst my progress (level 4703 and Gold Bars) are still available, ive lost all pre and in-game Boosters of which I think I had over 100 accrued. I also missed out on my daily bonus of 50+ days...my fault as I damaged the phone before being able to play that day.

I would appreciate if you could help me in retrieving or credit me with some Boosters to lessening this blow. Cheers Amazin Port

    I am so sorry to hear you lost all your boosters because you had to install your game on a new phone 😢. Boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory so that you can use them offline. Only gold bars and your progress is registered on King servers. This also means that if you reinstall the game or install it on a new device, you will not find the boosters.

    If you lost any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to our Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:


    - Open the game app

    - Tap on the? mark

    - Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

    -  Choose and tap on the topic “Why can’t I find my boosters”

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"

    Hello @AmazinPort and welcome to Soda community!

    Boosters and daily login streak are saved on the device local storage and they're available on that one device only. Unlike progress and gold bars, they're not saved on King servers so they cannot be retrieved if Soda app is uninstalled (boosters data are permanently deleted) and reinstalled again or device is changed. More infos here

    Items won for free cannot be replaced, I'm sorry. However, if you purchased items that you couldn't use you may ask Player Support (customer service) for a refund. Community forum is not able to handle rufunds as they involve personal infos of the player

    • 📱How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send. Player Support will be able to have access to your history of transactions.

    • 💻️If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
    • It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.
