Hi,
I am disappointed that despite quite a major problem, we still have no official notification from King Games. This is very poor public relations/customer service!!! I appreciate that you may not have gotten to the root of the problem yet, but even if your interim notice acknowledged the problem and words to the effect that you were currently attempting to fix it, I think most of us would understand....Instead, we are being asked to provide our user IDs - why??? I imagine that we are only a small section of the LOADS of users that are being affected. Many more people are reading this thread, but not contributing because they haven't anything different to add.
It's ironic, that the only people that appear to be doing anything active are us users who have dutifully supplied our ID numbers!😁
