⚠️ Solved: All events, features and season disappeared

I am having the issue where the game is missing the Season Diorama, features (such as Rescue Buddies, 4-in-arow, etc), quests and more are disappearing. Essentially only the levels are left to play.
I am running on a PC with Windows 10. I acquired the game through the Windows App Store and do not play through a browser, but I do log in through Facebook.
My King Player ID is 1012985900.

Why don't you inform directly in the game?
It's incredible that players need to log on to the community every day and go through a lot of threads to find information about players' game is missing the Season Diorama, features etc.
For 4 days you've been asking for player ID's to find out, what the problem is. You must have enough ID's now to realize it's a problem for most players?
You could save yourself a lot of work - and maybe speed up on solving the chaotic issues.

Could it be that your game's board has changed and all other features are gone? There is currently an issue that affects the majority of Windows players and is being investigated by the Studio. We have a main thread 👉 here and an update will be given there as soon as there is news. Sorry for the inconvenience 😔

Good morning - the discussion monitor requested that we share our game ID in order to help address specific gamer's problems. My concern is not only about my lost stuff, but also about the safety of my secure information for purchases. Further, I'm concerned about buying anything else before this matter is fixed because I'm not certain that additional purchases will automatically disappear.

it's possible that IDs collected so far are enough for the Studio, as of now we don't know.
Here at the community forum, we players are able to have updates from the Studio only during the week. At weekends, community manager (King employee) is not at work so we can't ask for updates until tomorrow (Monday).
there's also the option to contact King costumer service from here, they might be able to give you an early update (during weekends).
I understand the frustration, I see the same problem in my game as well. I can say that many players who reach out to the community and keep on reporting the problem help a lot . they make this problem high priority so the problem has more chances to be solved by the Studio as soon as possible
When commmunity manager has updates and posts them in the main thread, I'll make sure the comment is pinned and visible at the top of comments in page 1, so you don't have to scroll all the way down to find it.
