Cannot login my account on new device.
I am trying to login my account on new device. this account works fine on all my previous devices.
System always promote that account or password is wrong.
So I tried to reset password, but system said this account does not exist.
Then I tried to create new account with the same email address and succeeded, but all my progress is missing.
I now have to two account with the same email address.
Look forward to the support.

I advise to contat Player Support from the device where your progress is up to date. This way they're able to retrieve account data from your Soda app.

- How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "account login questions/issues" and "I have account login issues". Explain your problem and send.

It's odd your were able to create another account with same the email address, it shouldn't have been possible. Player Support is able to read data about your account and progress starting from your game ID provided by soda app.
If something goes wrong and you lose access to your account, Player Support to able to reset password and/or manually restore your progress.
