I purchased a special deal and it didn't get into my account
I'm located in Brazil and my mom wanted help purchasing a special deal in this game and we purchased it. However, the problem is that the things she bought had never got into her account.
I need help resolving this issue, please.
She plays on an Android.
Note: she bought it via PIX because it was available on Google Pay. I just saw this game doesnt support this kind of payment. However, the money was already discounted from her account, so she must receive a reimbursement or the item. How can you help me with that?

- report a problem through Google Play (advised in case of full refunds)
