Cannot connect to the server!!
Why does this keep happening??? I have closed the game, reopened it....it functions for about one level and then back to "cannot connect to the server" again 😡
A few minutes ago, I used 5 boosters and won Bubblegum Hill and didn't receive any of the rewards. WTH? Needed to vent...again.

Sorry for the problem that happened. Please make sure that your internet is fast and have very good connection. If the connection is OK, then restart your device. Also don't forget to update your game. Tell us what happened after you try those methods.

About the internet issue, I had completed BGH so many times, also using some of my pink boosters to complete level 5, but I failed to get my 6 pink boosters reward, no gold bar either. I am on level 5105, and have been playing Candy crush soda for so many years, it’s only the last 6 months I could not get the rewards due to internet connection. My other devices are fine, nothing wrong with my internet connection, yet, I never get rewards after completing level 5 on BGH. I had emailed to support on many occasions , all I got was am email back to acknowledge my complaint, then nothing happened after that. There were at least 8 occasions that I did not receive the 6 pink boosters and gold bar after completing BGH.
