As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird đ€ I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH đ

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH đ . But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
In Bubble Gum HIll Candy crush soda there's now a little lightning bolt with a timer on it but I see nothing that explains what it means or how it works can someone explain?

Your point reached to us and i will tag it to our CM about this but as mentioned above BGH is a bonus feature and still King Studios are monitioring its progress. You are lucky that you are having it in your game. Most of the players still dont have it.
But your concerns about shifting days will reach to our Community Managers and Studios.

I think you're missing the point, the studio release new levels on a Friday so you buy boosters expecting Bubblegum Hill on Saturday morning but it's not there. I play the new levels over the weekend only to find Bubblegum Hill available on Monday so now i buy more boosters only to find I've now run out of levels to play as I'm on level 5545. Whose crazy idea was this?
How about you tried these steps that I hope this helps. đ
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
By the way, this event/feature is still tested that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game.

@Babs_ Sorry that u used all the boosters on regular levels! But now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday; but its a test feature so u can't be sure if it would show up in the game even on weekdays everytime. It shows up in my game sometimes and it disappears after a game or two sometimes.Purchasing boosters especially for BGH is a risk, better u don't next time đ
I am so angry with who ever thought of this latest cockup. For weeks now I have been buying boosters to play Bubblegum Hill, On one occasion I log in to play and see Bubblegum Hill is back so I buy a booster pack only for it to disappear after only one day leaving me with no levels left to play and just watching my booster pack slowly run down. But this last weekend has left me speechless.
So it's the weekend I have new levels to play as you have released levels on Friday right? so i spend a total of ÂŁ25 on boosters knowing Bubblegum Hill will be available for me to play too on Saturday morning, what happens? no Bubblegum Hill. I just carry on playing the normal game and my boosters have now run out. I log on Monday and see Bubblegum Hill is there so I buy more boosters only to run out of normal levels to play. Can you tell me who is the bright spark who decided to release new levels on a Friday and Bubblegum hill on a Monday? it means you run out of levels to play over the weekend and only have Bubblegum Hill. I want the money back that I spent this last weekend. ÂŁ54 I've really had enough of being messed about by you guys
Hi To The "Update on the Bubblegum Hill" Group,
I haven't had it in months. It was pulled for a number of reasons. Players were not getting their rewards, "Popsicle Hammers", "Gold Bars", etc...
The Page 1 post by CM @Lola_Pop is listed above. If you are in the "Testing / Control Group", then you will see it, if not, then you won't. Makes no sense to release something not working to "ALL" the players.
My question is, "Why do you want something that is not working correctly?"
But, if you want it, you can try different "Devices", see if you get it that way. You are probably not going to want it, as long as it is non-functional, or in testing.
Keep in mind, we are still in a "Coronavirus" lock down. That is what viruses do, they slow things down. Certain there are skelton crews working on these issues.
On testing, when testers or scientist get tired of testing, it then gets elevated to the next level. It is how "Operational Science" works.
There are a lot of "Devices", along with "Configurations", that this game is played on.

I still don't have BGH to play since March. Why? Why? Why? I have a strong feeling that this is not a testing/control group excuse. I'm thinking that I will never ever get it. Please tell me that I'm wrong.
Tell the studio to stop creating new features and spend that valuable time to get me BGH. Give BGH to ALL players....Please.
Bubble gum hill is still monitored by King Studios and that's the reason they have provided it to selected players on srlected devices. So if you have it on mobile and not on laptop it means you are selected for this feature on one device and not on others. After the satisfactory results of BGH feature Studios may launch it on Bigger scale. So just keep your applicatiob up to date and hopefully it will appear to you.

I dont know about the rest of you, but if no bgh this coming weekend, done with this game, tired of the lies and trial whatever, good luck to all of you if no bgh...
I know it is very frustrating not be able to play BGH. I don't have it since March. We are in a very special group. Control group. I guess you have to take the game away for her.đ
Yes, it is replaced lives. Depending on your game, 1 live = 20 lightnings, or 50 lightings. Once you use lightning, you get 1 minute = 1 lightning back. I hope that make sense.
Unfortunately despite lot of efforts Bubble Gum Hill is still in Testing phase. The studios are still monitoring its progress and once satisfied with the outcome then it will be launched on the bigger scale. At the moment it is awarded to some players on testing purpose. Your friend is one of those lucky players. So be hopeful that in future you will also be part of it.

How about you can see answers and solutions by Community Team :
Sometimes itâs also possible that you are unable to play these because you donât have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply youâre not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they donât, itâs just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon youâll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!
