Unable to connect to App Store / internet
i am playing candy crush sage and candy crush soda on my iPad and it has this week stopped connecting to App Store and saying that i do not have an internet connection.
my connection is fine, my iPad is up to date and so are both games. I have also re-set my apple password and this has not fixed the problem
Can anyone help ?

As explained above that there is a connection issue at the moment and studios are working on it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. But to make sure that your device is in perfect condition please also clear cache from the Safari of your game settings.

Sorry that you unable to spend money with these games. The studio should have it fix soon. They are losing their income.๐ Just keep checking for latest update.

I have managed to solve my problem, I downloaded the apps onto my iPhone and did not have any connection problems so i deleted the apps from my iPad and reinstalled them and i am able to log in and connect with no problems !

Unfortunately yes. It took me back to last week when it stopped connecting to the internet. But as i was worried when it stopped connecting I didnโt play too much so was only a few levels behind.

Next time if you have to uninstall the game again (let's hope not) try back up onto iCloud or iTunes. I saw some players did that and was able to keep all the boosters. Happy Crushing!
