Store Unavailable??- Purchase issues- UNDER INVESTIGATION
I have been getting this Often. Playing on My PC on Facebook. My C-Phone has Store Access, My Neighbor who has the same IP as Me, His PC & Phone both have Access to The Store. Here I am 2 Moves from Winning, went to Store to get the Weekly Special, and Up this Pops... Strange?? Almost as if Your Server wants to hold me up for more $$$

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Very unfortunate sometimes connection with the server is lost. Please clear your cache / history from the browser and check if it helps. Or you may change your browser and play with another one and see if it helps.

It happens by using slow internet connection or heavy load on ram.
Please clean cache /History files of your device. Log out from game. Check for updates. Reboot your device.
Try to connect after few minutes.

I did exactly what you suggested, but nothing changed. I couldn’t play Mr.Toffee’s Fair all day today...again, it says I am not connected to the internet, try later.

Haven't gotten an Answer that solved this Issue YET?? I'm quite well aware on Cleaning the Cache(My CCleaner works a lot). I have a Higher End Gaming Rig. Been doing 'Puters since back in DOS Days.. I can Play other Games on here, and they run Fine...of Course in a situation like this One, Ruins any Chance of winning the Game, since it Deletes this Session. I just got another Pop-Up that says "Something went Wrong, Try Again Later"...I Use Chrome, or Edge for Browsers. That's what I Like about MMORPG No Browser, just a Dedicated Server!!! Surely someone can come up with a BETTER SOLUTION??😕

so what is the diff btw your PC and your neighbor PC? Does he play on Facebook? Have you try playing on king.com or agame app? I see other players have problem with Facebook lately.
