Well that's great. I did the last 2 tiers. I also got the last 2 rewards, but did you get the first 2 rewards? Because I didn't get them.
I am not sure if you lose your "Chef's Hat" if you still get "Rewards", I think you can't play is all, but "Rewards" are still available to you, even without the "Chef's Hat". Don't know, because I haven't lost mine yet.
Well glad we got something. Still would like my first 2 "Rewards" tho. Cost 5 Gold Bars to get teammates out. A bit pricey to have to pay, to play.

@Origins7_Dale and @Werner_Cichy , the cake feature has been acting that way with me also (appearing and disappearing) on Mobile and Win 10.
I am going now to report that the "Bank a Cake Feature" may need to be looked at.

Actually, @Marriam1 post below mine, makes more sense. The screen is not moving you to the next stage of the game. Because the "Bear" is at the tube, at the top already.
Here are the 3 Players with screenshots on the "Bear" not going to the next stage of the game, because the screen wouldn't advance them.

Finally, you know I didn't get my first 2 "Rewards" as I posted above on *Page 3.
Now @Werner_Cichy says:
- On Win 10 only the event pop up, but it didn't appear.
I also use "Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App", so 2 of us so far.
So that should cover it. This "Bake A Cake" has a number of issues.

The "Bake A Cake" for "Soda Squad Teams", seems to be a weekly event for now. However, there are issues with it, that have been reported.

@Origins7_Dale that glitch about rewards has always happened to me. If you don't have the chance to participate in the layers you may receive notifications of rewards but not rewards because the feature moves on to the next layers 🤷♀️ just as I mentioned this in page 1 of this discussion.
Once I lost the first 3 rewards 😅

That's interesting. I guess I should of opened the game & claimed the "Reward" then, but I was busy with other things. Or are you saying it can't be claimed, unless you participate? That is strange, because then it isn't really a team thing, unless you are in a tier playing.
What about if you lost your "Chef's Hat", do you still get "Rewards"? I mean you did participate, but lost. I haven't lost mine yet, but was wondering if my teammates did, & I beat a tier, do they get it? Because if they do, then the best thing is to leave them with no "Chef's Hat", & just beat the tiers, saving 5 "Gold Bars".

Hi again,
We'd love to investigate further, and the team has got some questions for the ones who:
- got a pop up telling them to enter the game and claim a reward which was not there
- got a pop up about the event starting but no event in the Teams area
- got the event and it disappeared before the correct time
- are in a team which is playing the event at the moment, but they personally don't have it in their game
