As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Look at how many pages are dedicated to BBH versus all the other discussions. Clearly this is the most talked about and written about subject in the discussion area and yet we are given re-posted updates from March and August everyone once in a while. Please at least re-word/ publish an update more frequently with ANY information. I have been playing for a few years and never have complained but this is ridiculous. Look all the players love BBH and do not want to lose it, the up-dates are an insult to our intelligence and the is something important to the players who buy your products. I t is obvious that blowing us off and pushing back the return is only angering your consumers so it is really time to step up your game.

The Bubblegum Hill is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

But I want to correct you a little.
Private teams are not the only ones that are effective in achieving the goal.
There are also "open" teams that you can join without the obligatory approval of the administrator.
Of course, if the player does not bring points to the team, the administrator can disqualify him.
But in order to get into the "open" team, you don't have to go through seven circles of hell to get a place in the team.

Are you telling us that bubblegum hill won’t be back until the coders have been vaccinated ? If this is true, then we’ll have a long wait. Oddly enough most coders are under 40 years old and wouldn’t suffer from the effects of Covid, so I fell we’re being told a porky.

Let me also add, that since (BGH) Bubblegum Hill is having so many issues, best to move on to other things. There are other ways to earn "Boosters" in Soda. The question still remains, "Why would you want a app that isn't working right"? You can post till you are blue in the face, about not having it, or it is taking to long, & so forth. Your posts are not going to speed things up, since we are in a virus lockdown, means skelton crews working on the issues. Viruses slow things down.
So let's take a look at other things.
Like I tell all the players, forget levels, go get as many "Boosters" as you can first. So you are prepared for these higher levels.
If you are not on a "Soda Squad Team" yet, & have the app in your game / device. Then should join a "Private" team. Has up to 12 players on it, that can win 3 Chests with "Boosters", over & over again. Can also get "Free Lives" from teammates. Only the "Admin" of a "Private" team can approve you to join. Or start your own team.

It is multifunctional, let's you do everything in the game, & build up your "Booster Count".

There is a wealth of materials available on "Soda", the above will give you a few reference points.
I would say, study the "Blockers" in the game, have to know what you are going up against. Along with, the "Blast Radius of ALL the Candy Combos". This should help on "Move Efficiency", the fewer moves you need to beat the level, the less "Boosters" you need to win. You have "Boosters" as a backup, always nice to have as many as you can get. Because you play better, having them. Can take on whatever the game throws at you.

I’m here on this thread to complain about not getting BGH 😂. If you look on top of this site, you should see “win prizes” link. There are contests all the time for a chance to win gold bars for your game. But you have to be very lucky. I won some gold bars 3 times already. Go there and look around. There always players here willing to help 24/7. 😁

Wow! I’m shocked how snarky and rude some of the comments are here. Obviously no one thinks King is not for profit nor did anyone ever imply such. There was a time when people acknowledged the clear intent of others and didn’t go out of their way to be unkind. I started in this forum to figure out what was happening with bubblegum hill. Clearly no one knows and I will not be returning to this forum.
Rude? I don’t think so. We are just trying to entertain each other until we get BGH back. Do you know how frustrating it is not able to play BGH since beginning of this year (2020). It is my favorite feature in this soda game. This is what we do and going to do here. Nice comments will be posted when we get to play BGH.

Some players just need to get a life! I feel sorry they don't understand and enjoy humour other players try to get in spite of not having BGH. Maybe there should be a subscription for the serious players to just receive a mail each month that there is no news from the studio about BGH 😂😂
