(FIXED ) CCSS my game will not load

hi everybody, just to update on progress regarding candy crush soda, there isn't any, after uninstalling Microsoft updates, resetting and uninstalling app, not one iota of difference, neither will soda load on a toshiba laptop, saga and friends load up on both but not soda, however it does work on my phone, someone with '' the knowledge '' needs to sort this out, it appears that it's not me nor my computer [s]

I get a message that says no internet but I am on WiFi and I have cellular data. How do I get this corrected?

@larcineb Try the standard troubleshooting first, Check device and game are up to date . log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

If not while in the game. Try disconnecting your wifi for 30seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps or try changing from wifi to data to see if this helps
