As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

@ipete ...bear brawl is taking freaking 50 hrs to replenish full energy...more over we get points only if we play bear brawl as most of the tasks are related to bear brawl...its a catch22 situation...but naaaah I'm not going buy gold bars...thanks and yeah BGH has taken the back seat...but honestly BGH V.2 allows you to play only once in a day
Another day, Another week, Another month.....and probably another Year without BGH.
I know, clear cache, update.....blah blah......that does nothing.
Played for years in the past every week without any issue.
BGH team has not been honest with the players over the "covid" times.....i.e. when you ruined a perfectly good game for so many about 14 months or so back.
Sad, so many have asked so many questions without one tangible answer over this time. That speaks more about the BGH programming team/ leadership than about anyone else.....er, the players.
BGH team: Look in the mirror and say, "Hey you, you should be better than this"

latest 'deal' of the day ... for the paltry price of only 50 gold bars you can obtain 200 energy bars! now, lets do the math ... by earning 1 gold bar every 20 hours it would take how long to obtain the needed price to play an additional 2 games????? why not just take everybody out of their misery and remove the game altogether, as this appears to be the desired end game.

about not able to play 🤔 have you try standard troubleshooting procedures? Logout, clear cache, turn off device, restart and log back in. Maybe that will knock some sense into BGH troll. 🤣🤣🤣
It’s nice to finally have Bubblegum Hill again, but this “energy” thing is garbage. It was so much better when we could just use lives for it.
And now I have more than 100 energy and Bubblegum Hill won’t open the first level. I won a bunch via Noble Path so it’s at 175, and I guess the system doesn’t understand that. So it’s there, but I can’t play it!
Have not seen BGH for months now.......still miss it, but given having not had it for most of the last 15+ months.....I am sort of giving up.
You are right, I got 70 and 74 goldbars the other day, but now, all I get is 1 goldbar.

Anyone else think the amount of gold given per hour has gone down dramatically in the last day? I was on the throne for almost 10 hours and got 33 gold. 10 hours would have gotten me 100 gold just a couple days ago. Not complaining about getting 33....but that also means a lot less payout for every time someone wins.
Yes @2easy I want the same thing. 6 hammers for each time on the throne and not paying to play multiple times a day. Those were the good old days. Please bring it back.

Looks like they've made it good again then.
They're probably tuning things. They did something similar in the normal candy crush recently involving episode race. They changed the 10 gold bar prize to stingy boosters, then changed to 20 gold bars, now it's settled on 25 gold bars for 1st place.
Also got a decent amount myself from BGH last night.
But that is only IF you can get to play!!!! The stupid energy does not replenish and the amount it costs to play is totally unacceptable!!!
Spent 25 gold bars twice to play two times...got 7 and 4 gold bars ...didn't want yo spend anymore and waited for 20hours for full energy..used couple of boosters to finish 4th level...what I've got in return is 1 gold bar...do it need to continue playing BGH or am I missing something???

So I just figured out that if you win energy from The Noble Path it doesn’t roll over to the next day. I won 75 yesterday and it was gone today. So I need 100 to play. I won 25 today. So I could have played again if I still had the 75 from yesterday. And you can’t buy any less than 100 energy which costs 25 bars. So you can’t save energy you win to play. Only if you win them all in one day which is impossible if you have no more new levels. So frustrating!!
I spent four times on gold bars...100 of them to playvand got only some 10 or 12 in return...the last time got just 1 gold bar for 25 I've spent...what's the use of playing BGH...anyone????
Got BGH again today after waiting for 24 hrs and 100 energy......5 levels this time...completed all levels and got boosters...dethroned after a minute and got 1 gold bar.....SORRY I'm not using anymore gold bars to buy energy...enough of this torture....my life is much happier without BGH I'm done with this...thank you
Now 3 colourbombs and -balls instead of 2. But still just one lolly😕. Completed MTF 3 times today, but all 3 times the prize was a wrap and lives. Not useful to me at all! Same with the arcade, where I also mostly got wraps and none of the good stuff (hands, lollies).
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
