Sorry to hear about that.First let's check if trouobleshooting helps.
- check for device and soda app updates. Check if your device has at least 2 GB of free memory.
- then log out, close game, clear cache, restart device, open game and log in
- you might need to repeat those steps 3-4 times
if this doesn't help then a one off glitch might have happened unfortunately. But if this is recurring can you please tell me:
- are you playing on one device only or more?
- are you playing using your Facebook account?
- what are the make and model of your device?
- what is the OS version of your device and version of soda app
- what is your user ID. You can find this number after you tap on the King logo on your profile settings. More info here

I am playing on iPhone 10 14.8, 60GB free, i am playing with Facebook account although it no longer gives me the option to log on and off, all i have now is save your progress and its only making me create a king account. I don't have a king ID takes me to the same screen. Also there is no option to log out or clear the cache

Nope, like i said, its obviously logged in with my FB since my picture is that from FB profile, however I have no error or any choice of FB on start up screen or anywhere else, it wants me to make a king account

What do you mean "log back in to facebook"? on the website i am always logged in, in the game looks like its automatic, i don't see an option to log in or out

On the game login page, do you see "connect with Facebook" link?? You need to see that page and hopefully you will see it after your device restarted. ๐ค
