Hello and welcome to the Community @phoebeph I assume you’re playing the game on king.com Your loading problem on king.com looks like the same issue we had some time ago. The Studio has been recommending players clear their cache on their browser. Or you can try a different browser, and see if that solves the issue.

I have cleared the cache and tried 3 other browsers and all the same. Only loads a page with the logo. Apps of the games work on my phone but not loading the website.

I am sorry, you still have this problem. We have reported it, but have to wait until after the weekend when the office is open.

Having the same problem again. Only logo loading. Have gone through all the protocols to clear the cache etc. still no joy.
It loaded properly for one day. Tuesday 4th Oct and has not worked since.
