I use a pc so I don't think this solution applies. I restart my pc every day and play on Facebook.

Hello @Connie_Vold If you have the same issue; a spinning hourglass and not receiving lives, you should receive it too. The Studio is working hard to fix it, so please be patient ๐.

Anyone else having difficulty accepting lives from Team? I am able to ask for assistance; however, I am not able to collect them

I guess I should have told you that this is happening only when I play the game on my computer. When I play on my tablet, I can collect lives from other players. I have cleared my cache & data on my computer twice & it is still happening. It's only been happening in the past 3 days. People send me lives & when I click accept, the hourglass comes up & it just keeps spinning & I never get to collect the lives. I am playing the game on the Lenovo Ideapad 3 & my browser is Firefox. Please fix as it is getting annoying!

We have had several reports about the spinning hourglass and this has been forwarded. The Studio is already aware. They are investigating it and working on a fix. Thank you for reporting ๐

recently game freezes when accepting lives. timer keeps going so you have to the quit the game and life is lost. How to fix?

I have never been able to connect to server. My internet is fine! Another way to try to get you to spend money!
