after the newest update the game crashes over and over, restarted a few times, and installed again.
device: Samsung tab A SM-T585
now I can play but all the boosters I bought and collected are gone!
How to get them back?

Oh no 😱 As boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items 😕. If you lose any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to our Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
If you don’t play on mobile or Windows app, please contact Player Support Team HERE. Describe briefly your complaint and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, how to find: HERE

I restarted several times and also updated game.

I’m on the latest version of the game, I’m playing on an iPhone with ios15.5 and my Apple ID is jenny_fox@hotmail.co.uk (I don’t know my game id as the game won’t load). I was past levels 10,000 so I do hope that it can be restored!

Please could you sent it so that we can update the app (once the bugs are fixed) and then we can carry on playing. Sad but true, I’m really missing the game! 🤦♀️

Is it possible you're esperiencing this problem in Candy Crush Saga that is way past level 11.000?
