⚠️ Solved: All events, features and season disappeared

A fix has now been rolled out, make sure your game is up to date to version 1.228.4. After your game is updated it might take some time for the issue to be solved. Please try playing a level and restarting the game. If after some time the game still isn't working - please comment in this discussion.

We're currently having an ongoing issue where players' game is missing the Season Diorama, features (such as Rescue Buddies, 4-in-arow, etc), quests and more are disappearing. Essentially only the levels are left to play.
We're really sorry about this and are working hard on getting the game back to working as usual. In this discussion, I will merge all the mentions of the issue so we easier can collect information on the issue. If you are having this issue in the game, please post your Game ID in this discussion, it will help us out in fixing your game.

Hi there, usually apps like Candy Crush just update automatically and you shouldn't need to prompt them to update.

IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH THAT THE GAME CAN''T BE LOADED. EVEN IF YOU ANSWERED ME THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. I THINK THAT YOU HAVE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. IT'S A PITTY THAT WE CAN'T PLAY THE CAME ON THE DESKTOP BUT ONLY ON FACEBOOK WHERE I CAN'T HAVE ANY REWARDS OR ANY POWERS SINCE IT IS CONNECTED WITH THE GAME THAT CAN'T BE LOADED.

We were told that the latest app update has the fix for this problem. However, from what other players reported, it's also important to download updated files for Windows in order to stop the crashing.

game looks like this
all of a sudden - pumpkin hunt + season + batula + teams disappeared from left side,
all my boosters disappeared, at first just hypersonic candy, then all other candies + moving hands + regular boosters
it happened when i minimized the game ,and then opened it again but still all same

Same problem here.

Same problem; only with microsoft laptop; all ok on my iphone, Have already tried opening and shutting computer numerous times and also logging in and out on my synced King account. No success
