Since Wednesday none of my contests are showing on my opening page, including the contest I'd just paid for. I've also lost my 29 pinwheel boosters that took a long time to win. Thanks, Michael Overholser, 7361901998

I both restarted game , and rebooted machine , several times .

Game ID shows 3508030271.

System HP Laptop 32GB RAM, SSD, Windows 11, MalwareBytes, AMD Ryzen3 with AMD Radeon VEGA Graphics, often used with IOGear GUD100 hub and 2 external monitors, also often used without a hub, same thing either way .

Once the events are restored you should see the one you made purchases for and prizes. If have your event back and no prizes, please contact customer service to ask for a refund

📱How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send. Player Support will be able to have access to your history of transactions.

💻️If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.

They make this game so difficult that trying to play without boosters, or your team, or four in a row or anything else makes it basically impossible to beat a level. Hard to believe developers cant just roll back the update from 4 days ago to get his back on track for so many people. This fix just doesnt seem like a priority.
