All events, features and season disappeared. It's been two years now that is the 3rd time that I restart the game. It's very frustrating.

If you've been playing Soda on Microsoft app and the issue started 3 days ago, then the issue is under investigation. please keep an eye on this main thread, updates on the problem situation will be posted there.

I went to the Microsoft store and I do not have the ... to click on. I went to my app settings, and it is set to update automatically.

Go to Microsoft store, then go to Candy Crush Soda Saga, click on "update". FINALLY all back to normal!!!

Please, do not distort what I said. I said there is another way to contact Support in addition to reaching out to community. I suggested it as it may help this problem get more visibility until we have further information about the solution. No one has been told what to do, let alone stop commenting in this forum about this problem and contact Player Support instead
Player Support/Customer service and Soda Studio (King employees) have the task to deal with the game problems and fix them. Player Support can send refunds. It can be always contacted.
Community is not able to fix issues directly in the game nor send refunds. It can forward issues and feedback to Player Support and Soda Studio to escalate them, such as in this case. We can hear back from community manager who's in contact with Soda Studio only during working hours.
This is the situation.
I did say the more users comment about this in forum, as they're doing, the better it is
