I'm not aware of this new change and I don't see it in my game so I must consult with community manager to understand what's going on here 🙂

I have news from Soda Team: if you don't reside in Sweden and Spain, you can return to old friendship system and be removed from this new one. If this is what you wish. I understand you reside in UK?

I'm not sure I understand your question. from what I know, the method to ask friends for a life has not changed.
Please answer these questions:
Which device do you use to play Soda? (Model)
Do you play Soda on multiple devices? Which ones?
Do you play on app or Facebook webpage?
Do mean you ask your friends for lives and they don't send you a life?
Do you mean friends from your friends list?
Or friends from your team?
Feel free to take screenshots and attach your pictures here so I understand better

I play on Android in the application and a week ago I updated the way to request for extra lives. Previously, there was no request for a booster and the request for lives was displayed in the team, now with a message .... My friends are only on the application ... Something like

do you mean that you clicked the button to ask for a life or typed a message in chat asking your friends for a life?
Which device do you use ? (make and model)
did you try troubleshooting steps? Does the problem still persist after troubleshooting?

Troubleshooting steps:
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

I forgot to ask you something important, what's your user ID? This way community manager can locate your game account and look into friends feature.
To find this unique number please launch Soda app, tap on cogwheel icon and visit settings page. At the top you'll see King logo, please tap twice on it. It'll be replaced by your user ID number. More infos here

There a two buttons: asked for a live or for a booster
I used samsung galaxy A52
I did the troubleshooting steps, not helping.
Candy Crush Soda Saga is updated.
I have clean de cache.
I restart my mobile device
I removed the game from my pc, so i play it on mine mobile device.
