Hello @laureyanne
If you own a Samsung device then there should be an application that allows you to you record screen and audio while you're using an app, in this case Candy Crush Soda Saga app.
Open Soda app in your device and before starting to play get ready to record your game screen.
1) starting from the top border, swipe down to make tool bar appear at the botton
2) tap on circular icon in the left corner
3) your device will likely warn you that any info on your screen and any sound played will be captured. Since you'll be using and recording Soda app only, select "Start now". Note that if notifications (of personal messages for example) will pop up on your device screen, they'll be recorded too but you can always delete the recording afterwards and start again.
4) Tap on "Record" icon
Now your device is recording your screen and audio (if sound is on in Soda app). You may tap on "play!" green button, open the game and start playing any Soda level.
To stop the recording you have 2 options:
5) swipe down from the board at the top to make tool bar appear at the bottom and then tap on the "square" icon in the right corner
6) keep swiping down until curtain menu appears full screen. Select "tap to stop recording."
Either way your recording will be stopped and saved.
You should find your recording in gallery app of your device in "albums" section, in a category dedicated to Candy Crush Soda. From there you can delete your recording to make a new one or share it.
As for sharing the video on this forum, an option is to create a Youtube account (you need an email address for that) where you can upload the video from your device. Once it's uploaded, don't set the video as private otherwise it can't be shared. Copy the URL link and then paste it on the forum comments, like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtF2AgFSLAw
That's it, you've uploaded your video. If link text is green, it means the link works and video is accessible
This link above is to a guide (in English) on how to upload a video on youtube from PC and mobile devices in case you need further instructions 🙂
Hope it helps

Hi Laureyanne, the developers has continued to look into your game and they are not wondering if you could check if you have any space left on your phone? It could be that all the memory on the phone is used up, and that is why features and events cannot be downloaded. Please try to clear up some memory and let me know if that works

Hi @laureyanne we were told you should have at least 2GB of free memory
