Bug: white edges on UI win10 store version

Thanks! I don't see myself going through the uninstall/reinstall process when it's just a few pixelated images. I never have the sound on, so that's not an issue for me.

I'll just live with it for now. It's just that the game looks like 1990s-era MS Solitaire.😂

Hi Z, just be reallllly careful if you are told to: Reset or Uninstall/Reinstall the game. You will need to:

Take screenshots of any Gold Bars, Boosters, and Power-Ups. They disappear, if you are lucky they will get returned by the Help Desk (but I had to argue for 2 days to get them back, 1 overly helpful fellow even sent me a quote of the rules on how CCSS is not obligated to do so).
You will definitely lose Consecutive Daily Played streak, any and all progress in any contests (Weekly, 4 in a row, Shipmates, Batula, Big Pass, Bake a Cake. etc.
Good luck I am just putting up with it.
Tried playing Candy Crush Saga, then some towering genius decided to switch the game from Landscape to Portrait. Nobody can see it, 248 pages of complaints in the Candy Crush Saga Discussion Board and they still haven't twigged onto the fact it is not popular with the players. The only somewhat positive comments are from the Moderators trying to convince people that shrinking the playing surface to 1/3 is a good thing. (the fact no one can see it apparently doesn't matter).

Yeah, they've been there for several days. I've been doing some CPU-heavy stuff lately, so I thought it was just me.

I never play with the sound on, so I'm not sure about that. I listen to audiobooks and podcasts or watch TV while playing.

The Issue happened after a CCSS update (12:30 made lunch started playing 1:30) issue was there, the game had also shut off.

I have screenshots (I will try to attach, not the best at it). Also I keep getting asked by help desk to go to the Store and hit the "see more" button to look for updates, there hasn't been a "see more" button in the store for over a year. Store, press Library (bottom left). I did that with the first help desk person (after asking where it was, then they actually looked). It showed a CCSS update had been done within the hour I took for lunch.

Does the issue persist after checking again for Soda updates - logging out -restarting device - logging in?

Which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please

What is your game ID number?

(How to find your game ID number: launch Soda app - tap on "profile" orange button to visit your account settings - tap twice on the King logo at the top - the logo will be replaced by your ID number

Same thing is happening to me now July 14, 2023. All the "help desk" can say is uninstall/reinstall, or reset, and lose all progress. Take screenshots of all Power-Ups, Boosters and Gold Bars and you should get them back, maybe, but lose any progress in any contests/challenges. Any help or ideas. Worked fine, made lunch 1 hour, came back, game and sound fritzed (there was a Candy Crush Soda upgrade done in that hour).

The graphic glitches have mysteriously disappeared after Windows 10 received it's last cumulative update. On the other hand, it could have been a game update that fixed it. Who knows?

This issue has been ongoing for over a month now. I think these graphic glitches were caused by a recent Win 10 update that affected certain graphic cards. Maybe Microsoft should be aware of this problem too.
