This is one of the cases, they only charged the 8 hours but not the boosters
I have 2 cases that were not resolved, 1 boosters that had been lost and were going to be recharged, they were never recharged and the technical support service agent did not want to believe me, the second case was making a big pass with rewards of 21 and at level 11 it disappeared, the technical support agent either didn't help me and offered me 1 lollipop for all 11 levels, that's absurd….
