This is one of the cases, they only charged the 8 hours but not the boosters
I have 2 cases that were not resolved, 1 boosters that had been lost and were going to be recharged, they were never recharged and the technical support service agent did not want to believe me, the second case was making a big pass with rewards of 21 and at level 11 it disappeared, the technical support agent either didn't help me and offered me 1 lollipop for all 11 levels, that's absurd….

Good morning, I don't know if I'm the only one but I have lost booosters and rewards pass, I have contacted technical service and the responses are very slow, many emails and in the end they do not solve me, I give you an example a pass disappeared in level 11 and Technical Service what he offered me was 1 Lollipop Hahahaha absurd.

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
