How do I get through the pink door?
Hi I have played all of my levels and finished and now I have been stuck at the pink door for 3 and a half weeks! When I click on the door it says pass all levels to open and I have passed all the levels there are now more levels to play! I'm at 14155 and I am stuck at that door can someone tell me how to pass through? I am so frustrated over this that I'm about to delete this game! Help please!

Hi there! It sounds like a known bug that we've heard about before. First of all follow these steps:
- Make sure that you're on the latest version of the game (check the store for updates)
- Restart the game.
- Log out and log back into the game.
If the problem persists, please let us know the following:
- What platform you're playing on
- What your Player ID is

I have been stuck at the pink door for a month now! I did the
suggestions that was said here and ended up losing my original level and
did what was said here and got my level back but I'm still stuck at
that darn pink door! It still won't open! I just give up this game is
over for me! It was fun but now I hate it!☹️😥😭😡🤬 Now I'm back again to do what was suggested next to leave my player ID so here it is 13658235535 so I hope someone can please help me now with this to get through the door! -

What platform are you playing the game on? This issue was fixed now on May 29th, so if you update your game this should be working for you as intended.
The game version (in settings should be named Version 1.269).
