i have to sign in all the time on facebook, or wouldn't beable to access games.
i live alone so never share account.

Hello again @BusyLiz If you tag me I receive a notification 😉 To tag: type @yosca - when you see my name click on it so my name is in bold. Only then you tag and I will be able to respond.
Have you checked your Facebook permissions? When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. The app then loses access to your account, which may affect your progress and friends list. Visit here for more info.
Also, please check your connection in the game to Facebook 👇 and if you're on iOS (iPhone or iPad), please make sure to check in the app settings that you have "App Tracking" enabled.
Once you do, logging out and then back in again should solve this issue for you.

My problem exist with my windows 11 laptop not my phone.
appreciate your help. any other suggestions. btw, have no problem with facebook per ce, just can't maintain progress on candy crush soda saga. if that helps.
