Don't know where it went but missing icon. Has anyone else had this problem? Does

This is what the head honchos are saying. Like I said have done everything and still showing level 1. I refuse to start from scratch and loose everything! My levels, 200+ gold bars, and all my candy patches! I refuse to reinstall. If I have to delete game I will not play this again nor any of the other king games. :(

That is probably why it says you are at level 1. If he logs out of Facebook you should find your progress when you're logging in. Have you tried logging in via your King account and can you find your progress there?
Can't even find my id or king # either. Really not happy at all.
Yosca, he doesn't play this game at all! How can he log out of game acct if he doesn't play?! Never had this problem before even when I made King account. I want my game and mine only! I have spent too much $ and time to do figure out what happen!! Please find and fix this for me. Can't understand why it shows his all of a sudden.
Oh wow @liriell I am so sorry. I didn’t you are both use the same account, sorry. Please visit this article in Help Center: ➡️ I can’t find my progress in the game. It says if you share your device, make sure the last player has logged out of their account. Then, log back into your own account. The game will recognize you, and your progress will be restored.

Hello! If you have saved your game by using a King or Facebook account, you will always find your progress. You can read more in this Help Center article: Do I need a King or Facebook account to play?

Got an update: this is part of a test, to get players into the game faster. If you want to leave the game, click the blue gear in the game (you are in settings now) and click the golden King icon:
Then click “log out”
Hi @liriell, your Player ID consists of numbers 🙂. If you double click the golden (yellow) King word at the top, your Player ID will be shown. Please edit your comment to delete the screenshot ad it shows your email address 😉
To edit: click on the 3 dots to the right of your comment, click edit, delete the screenshot and click save.

Yes, more players reported it. Perhaps this was caused by the latest update. There is no point in deleting the game, you will lose all boosters and extra lives, so please don’t! If you force close your game, you would also have to return to the login screen. You can also click on the blue gear in the game, click the golden King image so that you get to your profile and click on log out. I will ask the CM on Monday 🤗

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
