Yes, more players reported it. Perhaps this was caused by the latest update. There is no point in deleting the game, you will lose all boosters and extra lives, so please don’t! If you force close your game, you would also have to return to the login screen. You can also click on the blue gear in the game, click the golden King image so that you get to your profile and click on log out.

Hi @liriell, your Player ID consists of numbers 🙂. If you double click the golden (yellow) King word at the top, your Player ID will be shown. Please edit your comment to delete the screenshot ad it shows your email address 😉
To edit: click on the 3 dots to the right of your comment, click edit, delete the screenshot and click save.

Yosca, I did what you said and now I am back at level 1 !! Also, it is showing my husband's acct not mine! HELP!!!
