wont load up on my current level????

I'm currently on level 1694 but evety time I restart the app to play it loads at 1558. it's fine with the fact it recognises my actual progress and saves that, but it's just so annoying having to scroll all the way to my latest level from 1558, and it's getting worse obviously the further I progress as it's further to scroll??? Any fixes??

Hey Elsa,

Thanks for this, I know on my kindle 'clear cache' is an option, however on my android phone there isn't an option under settings then applications at all? all there is is 'force stop' or 'uninstall'??? Thanks

I was on a thousand plus on my former phone which was saved. Using my new phone my game isn't restoring. It took me back to level 1 and later level 11.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
