Why I pass so many levels and I'm not getting any rewards? No gold bars or power ups

Why no rewards from the levels I pass?? An if I earned the gold bars why do I have to pay to use them??

    Hi @Shaydia and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Can you explain to me how do you mean you are not getting rewards? There are daily calendar rewards you get every day when you open your game and you should have them in your game too. Sometimes the game has features like "Star Chaser" where you need to collect a certain amount of stars to collect rewards or even a new character. 

    When it comes to gold, I think you are referring to Piggy Bank. You can read more about how it works on the link below.

    As of now, there is the only way you can earn the gold in game. In our Community, we have contests continuously and you can always participate in them and win some gold. Here is the link to the latest contest and all you need to do is to imagine the new costume for your favorite character.

    Level 1
    I am unable to collect my rewards. Under some level it shows a list of candies I thought you could win when you pass the stage. I have passed some of the levels on the first try and in the top 3 yet I am not able to collect the rewards. How do I collect my rewards? I’m on level 578 and have no missed all my rewards. Please help.

    Thanks for having me!! Excited to be here. It’s these rewards...when I pass that level on the first try and in first place...I don’t get any of these. Maybe my scores are not high enough or we don’t get them? Help!

    @76janmar I am so glad to see you are excited about being here 😁 Thank you for posting a screenshot. The section where you made your post is exclusively for Friends Saga. As I can see from your screenshot you are referring to Soda Saga and we have a separate section for it. You can find it on the link below.

    However, you don't need to make a new post as we will move it to Soda Saga 😉

    And now let's go back to your screenshot. When playing Rainbow Road you get boosters for winning consecutive levels. These boosters can't be stored and they are put right on the board on the next level. Do you want to say that you don't receive these boosters at all? Or you were confused as you thought they would be counted with the boosters you have already collected?

    Hi @76janmar, welcome to our community.  You are not getting the rewards from Rainbow Road?  Wow, I never heard of that before.  They are going to ask you to try some troubleshooting so let's see if that makes a difference.  Click on one ot the links below and let me know if you see any changes.
