Candy Crush Soda, the above error message appears when trying to load and play the new episode starting level 3581. Uninstall and reinstall app (Facebook, Win7) and clearing cache doesn't help. Re-playing older levels (3580 etc) OK. Pls fix...

    It seems that we have a slight technical issue with our game which is unfortunately impacting your game play.

    Rest assured however that our developers are already aware of this and are working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

    Please note that until this is fixed you will probably still encounter the same issue if you continue playing the game.

    Just checked. Problem fixed. Can load 3681 and beyond. Thanks.

     @Carmosina, can of paint at 3610 is normal. Under construction. Should have new levels tomorrow (Friday)...

    I keep getting ‘there was a connection error please try again in a bit”
    this keeps happening everytime I try to log in to my account via the game app.

    Same here! For both Candy Crush Soda and Saga, no reply from Customer Support!

    No point in playing as no daily bonuses or progress made! 

    Wonder how how much money they are losing!!

    Hi there,
    for me the same. Game has no connection to the internet, No friends and no Race.
    By the way : the games from King are the only apps with nonconnection to the internet.
    í‘m not able to save the game on my king account. When i try to login got „unkonwn connection error“. 
    Is there anyone from support team reading in this community ?????
    i forgot : same problems with Candy Crush Saga.

    Hi guys, I think we might have a glitch going on and I am starting to create a list so that I can notify the community manager when he gets in tomorrow.  I will add this thread to the list but can you please try to do some troubleshooting while waiting to see if it fixes the problem.  Clear the history, make sure that you have the most recent version of the game which was updated yesterday.  It is now at 1.135.8.  Then click on one of the links below to complete the troubleshooting. 

    I just found a message where someone had the same issue and they had to uninstall the game and reinstall it again.  Unfortunately if you do that then you will lose whatever lives and boosters that you have if you are on a mobile device.  Here is the link and the choice is yours if you want to try it:

    have tried everything.
    in deed reinstalling the game without being sure having  a good backup is no option.
