“No connection to internet”. - (Reported & under investigation)!

    Hi @KimiWood
    Your game was corrupted so you had to face different issues. uninstall and then reinstall the game app, your problem will be solved.  You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.

    Hi everyone, I have had this problem for over a month. Unfortunately, none of the recent updates have helped.  I can still progress through the game, but I cannot win boosters, race, etc...  
    I’ve commented many times to try to get this fixed, but still have yet to see any improvements.
    Miss the interactive format of the game.  Hopefully a fix will be found soon.

    I have the same problem..I've posted complaints on the play store...there are alot of people posting there...I didn't count how many but I scrolled and scrolled and there was no end. Nobody is responding to any of there questions about the same issue ..can't log in with there fb account to continue playing where they left off..keeps saying our internet is slow and puts us back to level 1...thought I would try to post a complaint here but I doubt they will respond..starting to look like they don't care unless you spend money because they don't respond to help or let us know why this is happening...if I dont  a response sooooon! I'm done trying..I absolutely love this game but there is noway I'm starting at level one ..been playing for almost 4 years... I will uninstall and find another match 3 game to play and spend money. I know someone is reading this..have some respect and give us and answer...we have all been playing for years...we deserve an explanation.

    When you click to join through Facebook, it goes to safari, which then comes up with an error about too many redirects. How do we get passed this redirected issue for when we try logging in via Facebook?

    Past 2 weeks I'm getting a msg that I have no wifi or Internet connection...even though I do.  Keeps telling me to try later.
    I can't send lives to my friends, nor do any of the avatars show on the playing screen.  I've never had a problem.  Also, I've been playing candy crush for over 3 years and even though I have an account so my progress was saved, it put me back to level 93 when I was about level 1200.
    What did you guys do to these games??????????????

    To follow up my previous comment......the no connection message comes up on Candy Crush Soda.

    We're sorry for your problem. In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.

    In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall the game app.There is no other way.😭 You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.

    @mosespwns, can you try the following on your Apple device:

    - Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
    - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
    - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
    - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

    The wifi is working but the game says no internet connection

    Hello @johall and welcome to our wonderful community.  Unfortunately I have experienced that same problem in the past.  

    The first thing you want to do is make sure you have the latest version of the game.  You also want to clear your cache.  Once you have done both those things - you need to turn off your device (mobile or PC) and then start it up again.  If that hasn't corrected the problem, then you need to see if you can disconnect your game from Facebook (if you are playing via FB).  If you can do that, then try temporarily deleting Facebook from your device.  Restart your device and restore the Facebook app and then reconnect the game thru Facebook.

    However - if you cannot disconnect your game from Facebook or King.com because it says there is no internet connection - then I am afraid the only way to correct this problem is to de-install and re-install the game - but remember - if you do this you will lose all your lives and any saved boosters you may have!  This should only be done as a last resort.

    I have the same problem as KimiWood. My candy crush soda app shows me logged in through Facebook, but the permissions are disabled.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please tell me what device are you using to play your game?

    Also, do you have this issue with ONLY the Candy Soda game App or other games also saying the same thing?
