    Hey guys, you have to realize that we are going through 2 weeks of holidays.  King was closed and the studio is not returning until next week.

    I keep getting ‘no internet connection’ on both my I.pad and I.phone since before Christmas. It is very frustrating as I can’t update or get any of my bonuses. No help from King so far. I’ve tried through Facebook as well but no change. This is for Candy Crush Saga. .....ridiculous!!

    Actually... No thats not something we should have to realize. This is unacceptable and makes king look bad. As a game people have spent money and time on this should be fixed. This shouldn't have been happening since September. King is a big enough game organization to be making this a priority.

    I switch to a new phone and it tells me i dont have internet but yet i do.  Help

    It's saying I'm not connected to the Internet but I'm playing through my phone which is.

    Show me a screenshot of the problem you're experiencing while trying to connect the game to server. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.

    In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall the game app. You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.
