Still not working right, same issues as before, same version as everyone else. If you go over to the Facebook version everything comes back while you play via Facebook. All the extras, races, bonuses, etc appear and are given to you. Most of the earned items do sync back to the Windows 10 app.

I was on level 2800 with a 171 day log in run. Suddenly it stopped loading anything that needed internet. I reset the app but that didn't work so I uninstalled it now I can't install it at all. I click on install and nothing happens. Have I lost everything???

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or the Kingdom, your game progress is certainly secure.

Thank you! I have been in touch with microsoft and I'm now back in the game and can continue from level 2871, however I have lost my 171 day log in streak.
Even though I can log in again, I'm still having the same issue with the internet options not working
The team games etc aren't showing up

Most likely, your device operating system auto update is set and they're updating so your device is running slow. Once your device system is fully updated, the device will work smoothly again.
