Why do control/function buttons disappeared ?
I cannot play Candy Crush Soda for a few weeks now, since the new features were introduced. The game starts at level 1, without the new path functions, and looses all functions when the portal is used, whether to go to the current level, in my case 596, or just the second episode.
Notice all function buttons have disappeared, and cannot entrer any of the levels.
I play from loging in directly online on King platform from laptop. Can anyone shed some light as to how to solve this ?

The new platform download did the trick @Sukanta_Biswas. So far so good
All functions are back, and even a few I didn’t know existed. W😎W this is really addictive.
Now I truly believe that Superstars are the Royal Highness of the Community, and you are the best Superstar I have ever come across!!!

I tried your suggestions, both on Firefox and Edge, but it does not seem to change anything. I even tried a reboot between switching browsers.
In both cases, after the first level is completed, no matter whether 'next' is chosen or the just press 'X' to close the window, it brings me back to the enter screen, but all functions have disappeared.
I have been playing on Firefox for years with no issues. If the problem, as you seem to suggest, is browser related, so as to minimize downloading, which browser would you suggest, since Edge is giving the same result as Firefox?
It may be worthwhile to mention that the platform functions correctly every second day or so, but only for the first 5 lives.
Blows my mind !

Yes my operating system is Windows 10.
I tried to play this morning, but the same problem persists. It starts me at level 1 and can only play one level before all functions disappear.
So I doubt it is the browser or internet speed - I also play Candy Crush Saga, Diamond Digger and occasionally, AlphaBetty with no problems. But my favorite is Candy Crush Soda Saga, and it does not work 😭😭 😭 😭!!!!!!
Not giving up though! l will continue to look for the problem and ask everyone for clues as to what could have gone wrong after the game update.
Tell me, does Candy Crush Soda Saga still run with Flash?
