LI play Candy Crush Soda on a MacAir laptop, on line with King.com, not on Facebook, no app.

Game eventually loads after several attempts, gets to my level 472 but will not allow me to play. Has been like this for several weeks. Ask for help but just receive automated responses which do not apply to my situation. Any help or advice? Thank you.

Hello again!

Can you please try to open the game from an incognito tab in Safari (learn how here) , or use a different browser and see if this solves the problem?

Also, if you're using any bookmark to open the game, try to just open it without using the bookmark for once, and please let us know how that goes. 🤗

Don't know what you did but I've moved on to Google Chrome and yeah!! my game is back!!

Are You not able to Enter Level 472 ?

Do Check Your Internet Connection Speed if You aren't able to Enter the Level.

Please Check These-

✓ Internet Connection Speed should be 5mbps at Least.

✓ Tell Us If You are able to Enter Level 472 or Game Gets freezed while Playing Level 472 or Game Crashes While Entering Level 472.

Speed is fine. When I download the game it comes to screen starting with level 1. I can scroll over to the 'icon' on top right hand side for overview and go to Buttercream Bayou, I can open it. It loads up and comes to correct section. I can scroll across to my level 472 to be played and it will not open.

I can play Candy Crush Soda Saga with no problems. As for the level, I only want to play level 472 but if I want to go back to replay another level, I am unable to do so.
