Hey I do too when they give us updates or PM me about issues but leave me hanging and dont respond with resolutions.... same old song and dance bro since this pandemic back in MARCH... still my account isn't fixed nor any CM helping to resolve even why I cannot contact KING customer support email... I CAN but same old automated email with links.... the CM's keep asking me for a # that is supposed to be give to me about my support.... NOPE! NOTTA!!! And no further response from the CM'S

You guys are really hard to please! 🤣 Of course we have to edit some comments sometimes; as we state on the first page, this thread's purpose is to introduce Kimmy's Arcade and gather some feedback to inspire the Studio to improve it.
So any other feedback about the game, other features, our Community, the Player Support team, the Community Managers is welcomed...but not on this thread. Why? Because it makes it more difficult for the Studio team to understand what the players' opinion about Kimmy's Arcade is. 😁
The same goes for specific problems that have nothing to do with the feature itself, my dear @mattbondy . Once again, I'm really sorry that we couldn't help you out- you know both @LadyRaffie and I did our best to solve it- but there are issues that cannot be handled in the Community but by our Player Support team.
