We understand how frustrated this can be. Just to let you know the Studio is aware and they are working on a fix that will probably will be live next week. So please, bear with us ! 🤗

Hello my dear Soda crushers!!
The Studio has informed us they've found a fix for this- as @MissItaly1954 says, please update your apps if you're playing on a mobile device, and it should work fine now. If you play on a PC through Facebook, you may still have to wait a bit, but it should be solved in the next hours.

Hi and welcome to the community.
I think this problem occured a few days ago but it is fixed now. So please simply just do the standard troubleshooting procedure by, Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and log back in to see if it fixes. And if you are playing through web browser please clear cache/ history.
Please feed back us if you still have issues.

Please try with disconnecting Facebook from the game. Force close the app and restart the device.
Open the game again and connect to Facebook and see if it's working again.

Three days in a row I have had 5 lives, I will play 1 game and all of my lives are gone. Why is that?

Did you win or lose the game when you know you have no lives?

Check app update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after turning on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. Just play a level and it could be there. It is sometimes a time delay.
