Good morning I have been clicking on my lives given to me & have noticed I only get one out of the four lives. It’s happened around 6 times now. I have reset the game & my iPad / iPhone but it still only gives me 1 out of the four lives? What do I do next?

I click on friends to receive lives sent to me from them, usually it says "Tina sent you a life and $ others sent you a life" I receive TINA"S but the others are just gone!!! WHY!!???
This is a week long problem please fix this, I see I am not an isolated case.
