Yosca, I lost my ads for 6 months. They stated that it was a programming glitch that they hadn’t gotten around around to fixing, and asked for our “patience”. I finally got ads back about 2 months ago. About a month ago, they rolled out some new feature in the game, and Boom the ads were gone again!

Wowee, I understand exactly what you’re saying. I’ve been stuck with many Soda Squads where nobody else is playing, and you’re stuck with them for 2 weeks. Mr. Toffee is equally frustrating. In the 5 months this hasn’t been fixed, King has managed to change the graphics for the soda reward, roll out Batula’s key, take away the previous 2 hour mystery boxes, and a number of other changes. Thank you for your answer Elsa. (This one is helpful). This let’s me know that after 5 MONTHS it’s not a priority. I think 5 months is a lot more that a “bit” of patience.

Did yours ever get fixed? I’ve tried complaining, updating, shutting device. I still have no ads for bonuses

Ads, which give us free boosters, have not been running since I did the last update. It is not my phone, because I still see ads in original CC. When are you going to fix this problem? I’m sure your advertisers would not be pleased.

I posted a question on 10/2/19 asking if they had come up with a “timeframe” for when they would be fixing the problem with advertisements not running.
