Wonderful news... it worked! Just as you mentioned in your response I tried signing in again and although the same error appeared, I waited about 45 seconds and it corrected itself. My ID, avatar, nickname, and progress are all back. That has to be one of the quickest fixes I've ever experienced... done in under 24hrs!…

OK... I did the reset through the "Settings" - Advanced Options.
