Finally I am back to answer you now!
You are right! Level 2824 and 2839 are really very impossible to us as it's not enough moves to be passed and too many layers of blockers are there. I try playing both of these level many times but I still cannot passing this level without using boosters and extra moves possible.

Finally I am back while let me help you how to pass level 2794 without using boosters and extra moves today. 😄

I complete this level without using boosters and extra moves and with my 4th try today (And I still remember I complete this level without using boosters and extra moves and with my 2nd try on last two weeks too) but I know this level is very tricky. 😄
So after you check my following tip screenshots, I hope you can passed this level without using boosters and extra moves too. 😉
You must link more charms that you may create star ray charms to destroy these blockers, dolls and charm boxes better and easier. 😉

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly.

Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
