Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Episode Race) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

@dotshortt the Episode Race feature is a Test feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game. It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means you are not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems.
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and clear your app or browser cache and log out and restart your device , then log back in.

why is it youโve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! Iโve played the level Iโm on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!

i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with โcannot connectโ. Iโve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
