How did I lost 9 goldbars?

Good evening, To day I had 6 goldbars. I wanted to finish the game. I need 9 goldbars for 5 extra moves.

I buy 15 more so I had 21 - 9 to continue the game with 5 moves. But instead of 12 goldbars There are only 3 left. How is that possible?

You click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) how they can answer and help you but it taken longer. 😊
