We’ve got some important news to share with you!
As of 7 June 2022, Diamond Diaries Saga will no longer support iOS 9 and Android 4.
You’ll need to upgrade the operating system on your device, which may mean you need to upgrade your device itself, so it’s best to check with your manufacturer to be certain.
If you don’t have a King account, or haven't got the game saved and connected to your Facebook, we recommend that you create one. This will ensure that all your hard-earned progress will not be lost but carried over when you update your operating system.

Unfortunately, if you’re not able to upgrade the operating system on your device, we can’t promise you’ll have the best game experience.
You won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events. Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game.
Please also be aware that we can’t guarantee that bugs and issues will be fixed for you since these will be resolved in new updates for the latest version of the game only.

Please! I need help on recovering my game progress.
I just lost it when the app asked me to accept the term& conditions. I did! But estrange that it didn’t let me “save my progress” first….
Now I am at the beginning of the game and I don’t really want to be there 🤦🏻♀️ This happened to me years back and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
I play from my mobile IPhone 12 and not on Facebook. My phone is up to date and I clean cache all the time. If that helps.

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
