U can only send life every 24 hrs. Click once every 24 hrs... btw do u hav unlimited life ...

it sounds like your login has failed ... 

this is usually temporary and requires no action 

however ... if this is still happening on Monday please post back here 

... your account may need a tweak 

@Crazy Cat Lad has access to accounts and is here most weekdays

please provide your game ID 

if you are on a mobile device the image below shows an automatic login that failed

you should see your name instead of "My account"

Hello,

Suddenly I can’t send or receive lives anymore? I’ve tried to reinstall the app and to log out my account but nothing works. I really don’t like to play anymore without having these options. When I start the game the circle in the envelope is turning as if it is loading. But unfortunately it can not be opend. Help!

Sending and receiving lives will fail at times and is usually temporary.

This happened to me on Friday and it "fixed" itself after a few hours.

Unfortunately reinstalling the app did not help you.
