You can search Alphabetty Group to add more friends on Facebook that you can send/receive more lives by friends. 😊

And how about you have clicked on "friends list" on King Games's Facebook Notification? (if you haven't clicked it yet) 🤔

Hi @sedgie_girl, welcome to the Community!

🔷 If you play by logging into the Game using a King account, you can't add Friends but you'll be randomly assigned other Players as Friends.

🔷 If you play by logging in through Facebook, you can add your Friends to join you.

🔺However, Facebook recently made a change to its platform & this means that you might experience issues when sending or receiving Lives and/or with connecting with Friends. King is aware of this issue & is working to fix it as quickly as possible. Luckily, Lives will automatically reload so you can continue playing the game even though the messages from friends don't reach you.

• You might also experience issues with seeing your Friends scores on the Level Rank List. This issue has been reported but there is no fix for it yet. However, you can keep playing the Game even though your Friends do not show up on the Level Rank List (for more info & feedback from other Players on this, go Here).

These issues won’t affect the familiar gameplay or your normal Level progression.

---> In the meantime, don't take any steps (such as logging out of your Facebook Profile or reinstalling the Game) to resolve the problem yourself. Also, you don't need to contact King if you’re experiencing this issue in your Game. Once the fix is in place, your Facebook Friends List will be visible & your Profile Photo/Avatar will reappear.

🔸 With that ↑↑↑  in mind, it is always wise to check the tips below so as to make sure that you are playing the best & latest version of the Game. ↓↓↓

• If you have your Game connected through Facebook, make sure that it has access to your Facebook Friends List. This permission will automatically expire from time to time and if the Game doesn't have such access all Lives will remain blocked (go Here for more help & info on this).
• If you play on a Mobile device, make sure that your Game is updated to the latest version (here are a couple of handy guides on how to keep your Apps updated on Android and iOS).
